 FOUNDER & CEO: CAROLYN J. BROWN
The firm was founded in June of 2001 by
Carolyn J. Brown. In recognition of her outstanding accomplishments
as an entrepreneur and community leader, she has been honored as the
2008 Business Owner of the Year by the National Association of Women
Business Owners, Phoenix Metro Chapter (NAWBO Phoenix). The U.S.
Small Business Administration honored Carolyn as the 2010 National
Women in Business Champion. This makes her the first woman in the
State of Arizona to ever receive a national award from the SBA.
After pursuing a Business degree at the University of Nebraska at
Omaha, Carolyn moved to Phoenix in 1967. She has owned accounting
and computer services firms since 1973 and first started doing
personal bill pay in 1986. She has worked with businesses from a
wide variety of industries including real estate, medical,
manufacturing, retail and service firms, homeowners associations and
non-profit organizations.
Hobbies include sailing, yoga, hiking, biking and travel.
A widow, she has two grown daughters.
She lives in Chandler, Arizona.

MANAGER: MARCIA BENINCASA
Marcia joined the firm in 2008 as
Accounting Manager after serving as Controller for her last two
employers. She has over 25 years of accounting experience in
manufacturing, construction, retail and service industries. Marcia
has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Hobbies include reading, boating, ATV
riding and spending time with her family.
Married, she has two grown sons and one granddaughter.
She lives in Chandler, Arizona.
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE: SANDI DRIML, CPA
Sandi joined the firm in 2007 as
Accounting Associate. She has been an auditor and served as Controller
for her last employer. She has experience in wholesale leasing,
commercial equipment sales and service and banking industries. Sandi
is a CPA, has a Bachelor of Science degree and is a member of
Arizona Society of CPAs.
Hobbies include mountain biking, hiking, waterskiing and reading.
Married, she has two young daughters.
She lives in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE: ANGIE CONRAD
Angie moved to Phoenix in 2006 from
Oregon and joined the firm in 2007. Her experience includes
manufacturing, construction, private charitable foundations, and
service industries. She has also done tax preparation and accounting
for a CPA firm. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business and
Accounting.
Hobbies include swimming, Bible study, learning and talking about
adoption and watching her kids play sports.
Married, she has three adopted sons and an adopted daughter from Haiti.
She lives in Gilbert, Arizona.
ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE: DEBRA VANDERPLOEG
Debra joined the firm in 2010 as an Accounting Associate in 2010.
She has worked in the accounting field for the past 26 years working
with medical, manufacturing, retail and non-profit organizations.
She was Finance Director for her last employer and oversaw 10
perfect audits. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and
Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Hobbies include reading, hiking, bodybuilding and helping people
achieve their weight loss goals through nutrition and exercise.
She has four sons and lives in Phoenix AZ.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: HOLLY DAVIS
Holly joined the firm in January 2010 as Administrative Assistant.
She has a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Business Management. Her
background includes Brand Management in the Consumer Packaged Goods
industry and running her own marketing consulting business.
Hobbies include volunteering, cooking, photography and Bible study.
She has two young children and lives in Gilbert, Arizona.
CORPORATE VICE PRESIDENT: MELANIE B. JOHNSON
Melanie joined the firm in 2003 and as Accounting Associate and is
currently serving as Corporate Vice President and Back-Up System
Administrator. She has over 20 years of experience in a wide variety
of industries, including restaurants, construction, non-profit
organizations, manufacturing and agriculture. Melanie has owned two
businesses of her own and specializes in small business and fund
accounting.
Hobbies include gardening, cooking, camping and a love of animals.
Married, she has no children but many critters.
She lives in Chandler, Arizona.
